I am the owner of Lord Real Estate LLC, my mother Helen Lord started the business in 1972 and got us all to where we are today! I have been a resident of Maine my whole life with most of my time in the Brunswick and Durham area. My wife, Mary my son, Hunter, and daughter Hailie currently reside in Durham. I have served on the local Realtor Board, The Merrymeeting Board Of Realtors, as their President in 2002. I am also involved with many community fundraisers such as Habitat For Humanity, Ducks Unlimited and as a contributor for many other events. I opened Lord Real Estate in 1972 in a small A-frame built on rented land. We've since moved to our present location. Obviously I enjoy selling real estate. I'm delighted that my son Gary has now become the designated broker. This doesn't mean I'm thinking of retiring, not yet. I've see some interesting & drastic changes & improvements in the real estate profession over the years. I especially enjoy doing business with former clients - it's like working with old friends.
