I enjoy people and I endeavor to make selling or purchasing a real "Joy"!
Being a resident of Kingman for nearly 50 years and in the real estate industry for 28 years brings me a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with you. It is my goal to promote the general welfare of everyone in our community. I have served the local Board of Realtors as Chairman of MLS, Board President, V.P., and as a Board of Director- I was also honored as "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" in 1990 as well as being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the past 20 years. I enjoy fishing (yes... fishing), Sea-Dooing and singing. I place importance in my life in the following order: God, family and real estate.

Having lived in Kingman for more than 30 years and Arizona for my entire life, I have witnessed an amazing growth in our community. Being in real estate has afforded me the chance to be a part of that growth. My work with repossesed bank properties enables me to interface with clients such as: Fannie Mae, Citi Financial and Prudential.
I have two main hobbies that I share my leisure time with and those are golf and my two adorable grandchildren.

Sharing a love of the outdoors with my life partner, it just made sense for me to sell the ground that Dave and I enjoy ATV riding, shooting, hunting, and camping on. I make it a point to stay informed, involved and enjoy the world of Real Estate. Whether I am showing or listing property, I treat the experience like it is my ONLY and will give my sincere effort and dedication! In these ever-changing times I make it a priority to stay informed on industry changes thereby sharing that information with you. Throughout each and every day I also have pleasant thoughts of memories we continue to create with my loving son and my precious grandchildren: Memphis, Dustin and Tatum... WHAT A JOY!

I use my residency in Kingman for the past 25 yrs. as an advantage in my Real Estate career. Watching us grow and seeing the part Real Estate has played in our growth helped me to realize its importance when deciding 8 yrs. ago what I wanted to do with my life. Having church and family as important pieces of my "Life Puzzle" help me to believe that by always keeping God first in my heart and my actions will reflect in my dealings with others! My loving husband of 50 yrs., our 5 children and 11 grandchildren add an abundance of joy to my life. I also enjoy reading, singing, and ceramics in my "quiet time".

Moving to Kingman from New Mexico and starting my career with Century 21 Barbara Ricca Realty has been a wonderful decision and still is! As Office Administrator and Relocation Director, the duties are numerous and the rewards endless... The "family" atmosphere at work helps me when I have my "missing home" days. While my job definitely keeps me busy... it is also very gratifying. My husband Mike and two sons complete my life and make for a full schedule. I am also a HUGE fan of John Wayne (collecting every piece of memorabilia I can get my hands on) and have quite a collection of chili peppers.

Be careful where you vacation... You might end up staying... that's what happened over 14 years ago when I traveled from California to visit my parents! Moving from a large city was a bit of an adjustment but the friendly people I have met have made it very comfortable. There are so many things to do... so many places to visit and learn about- we are at the crossroads to everywhere! I joined the "family" at Century 21 Barbara Ricca Realty in 2005 and love my job and care about each and every one of my agents and co-workers. Everyday is something new, different, interesting and most importantly FUN!

Having been in the business world for over 30 years, from building to marketing to real estate to sales, there is a common thread that runs through my career and that is self-motivation and the desire to be successful! What I have found in all phases of my lifetime in business is that you will always have the "outside forces" that affect any type of business and to some degree out of your control, but the one thing you are always in control of is yourself. My daily goal is to always dress professionally, carry my courage, commitment and integrity in my hip pocket and to portray an image of self-confidence and knowledge in everything I do.

Growing up, living in and now raising my own family here in Kingman, Arizona gives you as a Buyer or Seller access to a wealth of information on our community. My family is very important to me and so are their surroundings- being involved in my community by coaching Little League Baseball, participating in several charity Golf Tournaments throughout the year and spending time in Meadview at the "family get-a-way" gives me a chance to enjoy the beautiful ARIZONA SUNSHINE! I also enjoy putting my welding/iron craft working to the test by making "specialty items" for the holidays. Our neighborhood has become known as "THE HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR" to see at Christmas time. Experience a good old fashioned Christmas this year by loading up the family, packing sugar cookies and hot chocolate and playing Christmas Carols as we share our gift to Kingman with our "LIGHT PARADE"! Call or email me and I will give you directions!

I enjoy sharing the many positive aspects of Kingman and believe you need to love where you live! My husband and I have raised 3 wonderful sons and now just have our four-legged son Ceasar left at home.
