Being a resident of Kingman for nearly 50 years and in the real estate industry for 28 years brings me a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with you. It is my goal to promote the general welfare of everyone in our community. I have served the local Board of Realtors as Chairman of MLS, Board President, V.P., and as a Board of Director- I was also honored as "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" in 1990 as well as being a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the past 20 years. I enjoy fishing (yes... fishing), Sea-Dooing and singing. I place importance in my life in the following order: God, family and real estate.

I am a North Dakota native I have enjoyed living in Kingman for the past 31 years. In my non-working hours, I enjoy my family, art, music, gardening, traveling, and photography. As an Accredited Buyers Representative, a member of the CENTURION Honor Society for 5 years running, and a member of the Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce I work diligently to gather all the necessary information needed when moving to a new community.
On a personal note... I am supportative of ARC, PBS Channel 8 and March of Dimes. My enjoyment comes from playing cards with family and friends, volunteering at Kingman Regional Medical Center hospital, reading and of course... my furry best friend Prissy!

My wife Charmin and I enjoy spending time together golfing, boating, me playing basketball (of course), hiking, target shooting, home improvement and music. Ask me about Valle Vista- one of our Golf Communities located approx. 17 miles East of Kingman on Historic Route 66 or Meadview located North on Hwy 93 (towards Las Vegas, NV) the only community in Arizona having access to Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon by boat.

Sharing a love of the outdoors with my life partner, it just made sense for me to sell the ground that Dave and I enjoy ATV riding, shooting, hunting, and camping on. The sky has always been a passion of mine from sky diving to flying planes & my dream of piloting a helicopter. I also enjoy custom cars, camping, cooking, horseback riding, gardening, home repair projects, pool, golf & scuba diving. Moving to Kingman from New Mexico and starting my career with Century 21 Barbara Ricca Realty has been a wonderful decision and still is! As Office Administrator and Relocation Director, the duties are numerous and the rewards endless... The "family" atmosphere at work helps me when I have my "missing home" days. While my job definitely keeps me busy... it is also very gratifying. My husband Mike and two sons complete my life and make for a full schedule. I am also a HUGE fan of John Wayne (collecting every piece of memorabilia I can get my hands on) and have quite a collection of chili peppers.

Be careful where you vacation... You might end up staying... that's what happened over 14 years ago when I traveled from California to visit my parents! Moving from a large city was a bit of an adjustment but the friendly people I have met have made it very comfortable. There are so many things to do... so many places to visit and learn about- we are at the crossroads to everywhere! I joined the "family" at Century 21 Barbara Ricca Realty in 2005 and love my job and care about each and every one of my agents and co-workers. Everyday is something new, different, interesting and most importantly FUN!

Having been in the business world for over 30 years, from building to marketing to real estate to sales, there is a common thread that runs through my career and that is self-motivation and the desire to be successful! What I have found in all phases of my lifetime in business is that you will always have the "outside forces" that affect any type of business and to some degree out of your control, but the one thing you are always in control of is yourself. My family is very important to me and so are their surroundings- being involved in my community by coaching Little League Baseball, participating in several charity Golf Tournaments throughout the year and spending time in Meadview at the "family get-a-way" gives me a chance to enjoy the beautiful ARIZONA SUNSHINE! I also enjoy putting my welding/iron craft working to the test by making "specialty items" for the holidays. Our neighborhood has become known as "THE HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR" to see at Christmas time. Experience a good old fashioned Christmas this year by loading up the family, packing sugar cookies and hot chocolate and playing Christmas Carols as we share our gift to Kingman with our "LIGHT PARADE"!
