Being in real estate has afforded me the chance to be a part of that growth. My work with repossesed bank properties enables me to interface with clients such as: Fannie Mae, Citi Financial and Prudential.
I have two main hobbies that I share my leisure time with and those are golf and my two adorable grandchildren.

Everyone has a specialty and mine is land... Living in Kingman for the past 9 yrs. and having my Broker's license for the past 3 1/2 years has given me lots of experience and travel over the lands throughout Mohave County. If you want to talk golf or airplanes I also have a background to cover both of these interests as well... I am sure we will have something in common and if nothing else... your desire to buy or sell and my desire to make that happen!

As a Realtor, I am in the best position to evaluate information from a vast number of reliable resources in an effort to help you, as a Buyer or Seller, look at your options and guide you in an educated manner. My mission is to help you avoid costly mistakes! And... on a personal note... even though my wife of 40 yrs. and our West Highland Terrier "Dolly" and I have lived in Kingman for the past 3 yrs., my Norweigan accent is still quite prevelant and I am very proud to continue to speak fluent Norweigan! In addition to my heritage, my passion for my music and woodcarving help add peace to my life... The love I have for my 4 wonderful grandchildren is just icing on my "Life Cake"!

I use my residency in Kingman for the past 25 yrs. as an advantage in my Real Estate career. Watching us grow and seeing the part Real Estate has played in our growth helped me to realize its importance when deciding 8 yrs. ago what I wanted to do with my life. Having church and family as important pieces of my "Life Puzzle" help me to believe that by always keeping God first in my heart and my actions will reflect in my dealings with others! My loving husband of 50 yrs., our 5 children and 11 grandchildren add an abundance of joy to my life. I also enjoy reading, singing, and ceramics in my "quiet time".

Sharing a love of the outdoors with my life partner, it just made sense for me to sell the ground that Dave and I enjoy ATV riding, shooting, hunting, and camping on... Even though I am relatively new to the industry, I make it a point to stay informed, involved and enjoy the world of Real Estate. Whether I am showing or listing property, I treat the experience like it is my ONLY and will give my sincere effort and dedication! In an effort to further my knowledge in Real Estate, I am pursuing my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and look forward to completing my certification by the end of 2009. Throughout each and every day I also have pleasant thoughts of memories we continue to create with my loving son, his beautiful wife (also my friend...) and my precious grandchildren: Memphis, Dustin and Tatum... WHAT A JOY!

Moving to Kingman from New Mexico and starting my career with Century 21 Barbara Ricca Realty has been a wonderful decision and still is! As Office Administrator and Relocation Director, the duties are numerous and the rewards endless... The "family" atmosphere at work helps me when I have my "missing home" days. While my job definitely keeps me busy... it is also very gratifying. My husband Mike and two sons complete my life and make for a full schedule. I am also a HUGE fan of John Wayne (collecting every piece of memorabilia I can get my hands on) and have quite a collection of chili peppers.

Be careful where you vacation... You might end up staying... that's what happened over 12 years ago when I traveled from California to visit my parents! Moving from a large city was a bit of an adjustment but the friendly people I have met have made it very comfortable. There are so many things to do... so many places to visit and learn about- we are at the crossroads to everywhere! I joined the "family" at Century 21 Barbara Ricca Realty in 2005 and love my job and care about each and every one of my agents and co-workers. Everyday is something new, different, interesting and most importantly FUN!

In my position I am rewarded daily by helping to find rentals- be it apartment living, a leased home or duplex for young couples, those in transition, those moving to Kingman for the first time and/or those waiting for a new home to be built. My career began as a receptionist- then moved to Assistant Office Manager and now Office Manager and my goal continues to be to increase the number of properties we have to offer in the rental/lease market.
In my private time I enjoy helping with Special Olympics and working with underprivileged children, reading, kayaking and hiking. I firmly believe in the saying... "Never give up on your dreams"!
