After graduating from college Dolores joined Vista to work with migrants in Montana. From there she went to Sante Fe and worked with teenagers. She eventually came back home to settle down. She began her real estate career in the late 1970's. In those 25 years she has not only maintained her status as one of Western New York's leading real estate agents, she's raised 2 daughters - now both honors college students, and has been an activist in the Elmwood neighborhood re-development.

Annette received her degree in hotel management from Buffalo State College. She has held her license in Real Estate since 1998. Annette is also an accomplished volcalist, is performing with "Freefall" in many of Western New York's top venues and has performed as the opening act for Randy Travis, Loretta Lynn and Collin Raye. Annette loves reading, writing, theatre and living life! (hopes someday to write a children's book). In addition to perfectly managing the Holcberg Ltd. office, she also actively assists buyers, sellers, and prospective renters in meeting their real estate goals.
