I started in real estate in 1979 in Phx., AZ while working in the mortgage department of a large bank. I then moved on to commercial real estate and became a member of the National Real Estate Exchangers. I moved back to MN and became a broker in MN & WI. My husband (who is a real estate broker in Florida )and I then started our own company. Because we are a family owned, privately held corporation we pay no brokerage or franchise fees, so we can offer lower rates to sellers and still maintain our high standards of service. I am still involved in commercial and investment sales but my main focus is residential sales because it is so rewarding to families.
