Tiauna Perkins consider herself very fortunate because she knew at a young age that someday she wanted to be a home owner and also invest in other real estate properties. She never gave up on that dream and in 2004 she joined Hunter's Realty, Inc. to fulfill her dream and to also help others attain their dreams of home ownership. Born and raised on the West Side of Chicago, she is very familiar with the real estate market in the surrounding communities of the West Side and the needs of the residents. After graduating from Oakton Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science, and prior to coming to Hunter's Realty, Inc., Tiauna worked in the finance industry as a Consumer Lending Credit Representative. This bacground in finance gives her the knowledge to help her clients understand their income, documentation, appraisals and title reports. She is able to help them determine their credit worthiness and to undertand their escrow and collateral needs. Tiauna's focus is helping clients who are in pre-foreclosure. Her financial expertise helps her counseling clients facing a foreclosure. She is able to quickly identify opportunities in the market and locate investors, resulting in a fast sale and avoiding foreclosure. Tiauna enjoys working Hunter's Realty, Inc. She like the family atmosphere and camaraderie between the associates. She appreciates that the broker is "hands-on" and works closely with his agents, providing them with the latest advances in technology. This type of working environment results in speedy and successful sales, and many happy clients. When asked how she like working for Hunter's Realty, Inc., her one sentence reply says it all: "There is no other company I would rather work for." |
