Hi I'm Bill Zortman. I try to provide the best "communication" skills possible to help those that want to buy or sell real estate in our area. Having spent more than 3 decades making house calls on television in several states -- I've settled into South Dakota to not make a quick buck -- but to help those that want a home -- not a house. I am someone who will listen and team up with customers for a friendly real estate transaction. Over the years, I've purchased more than a dozen homes in South Dakota, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, and New Mexico. I know how difficult it can be to move and find someone with a smile and real estate knowledge. 1 hour a week I conduct a radio talk show on KELO-AM (1320) -- and bring the ON TOPIC audience along as we 'chat' about real estate, community development, health concerns, and life-like trends. The show airs each Monday from 10-11am. It does follow one important aspect about real estate -- "It's not WHO YOU KNOW -- but WHO KNOWS YOU!!"
