This property is a wooded acreage with many possibilities. There is some flood plain on one side of the property, however, there are some homesites that are out of the floodplain. Directions: From U. S. 183 in Lockhart take 20 west to SH 80. Turn left and go to County Road 116. Turn left onto County Road 116 and go 1 3/4 mile to the property. It is on the left at a curve in the road.
