Having just completed a most successful purchase of a new home and the sale of our past home, I wanted to tell you of how pleased we were with your very professional representation of Gloria and I in the purchase/sale process.
At the outset, you quickly understood the type of property we were seeking and quickly presented properties that would suit our specific interests. As a result the 5th house we visited we purchased. That indicates to me a very special understanding of your client needs. The house we purchased met all of the criteria we explained were necessary for us to move from our then current home. The fact that our offer on the new home was around the 5th of September and we closed on the 30th of September truly demonstrates your incredible follow up, monitoring all aspects of the purchase. The sale of our home was equally smooth and easy as you facilitated all aspects of the sale.
I know that you realize that buying and selling homes can be a difficult and stressful process. Fortunately for us, your professional and knowledgeable management of the entire process relieved us of the majority of stress and anxiety normally associated with this important life event. Simply, you were absolutely terrific in every way. At no time did we ever worry, as we knew that you were on top of all the complex and important issues. We understood you would be representing us and our interests in the most ethical and professional manner.
The most we can say is thank you for all your efforts on our behalf. We failed to mention that we also found you to be an absolutely delightful individual and most pleasant to interact with in a business relationship.
