Desert Highlands consists of 575 home sites spread amongst 850 acres. Currently 400 custom homes are completed. Homes range from the $900,000s to over $3,000,000. Home sites range from the $300,000s.
Golf Course
Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course completed in 1983 also has a unique 18 hole putting course. Membership fee currently $75,000. There is a member cap of 575 and the monthly dues are $775.
