The resort at the Boulders is considered one of the top resort destinations in the country. Set in the unique natural beauty of the High Sonoran Desert, the Boulders is a community where the houses are as dramatic as the surrounding scenery. The Boulders Club has two world-class championship golf courses developed by Jay Moorish, an excellent tennis facility and fitness center. The resort and the club members share the courses.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Membership is available to property owners and has a cap of 420. The initiation fee for a golf membership is $135,000 with a 50% surrender value. Membership dues are $468 for a family and $305 for an individual. A premier membership is also available for $130,000 with an 80% equity and includes access to the Golden Door Spa. Monthly dues for this membership are $444 for a family and $341 for an individual. Social and Clubhouse memberships are also available.
