Troon is a 1,400-acre residential community established in 1986. Troon Village is located next to Pinnacle Peak on E. Happy Valley Rd. Troon features a Tom Weiskopf/Jay Moorish designed 18 hole golf course and accompanying 48,000 square feet of clubhouse. The golf course has won top accolades; Golf magazine has named it one of the top 100 golf courses.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Golf membership eligibility is on an application basis. Applications may be submitted to the membership committee. The Initiation fee for property owners is $100,000 and is non-refundable. Monthly dues are $645 and there is a $100 monthly food minimum. Social memberships are also available for $8,500 with monthly dues of $190, which includes tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, and restricted summer golf. This does not include separate homeowners association fees. The membership cap is 390.

Troon Village has wonderful residential choices from town homes to semi-custom and custom spec homes as well as residential home sites. Home prices range from $275,000 to over $2,000,000 (square footage from 1,700-6,000+). Lots range from $100,000 to over $900,000.
