This weeks special feature is the basement...and this basement is unlike anything you have ever seen before. Some features include a secret hidden room, an 18ft long wet bar, pub area, fully applianced kitchen, full bath and best of all the movie theater. You enter the movie theater through an arched columned entry into the theater lobby-decked out with theater style carpet, lighted movie marqees, a ticket booth and concession area, and then proceed up the elevated ramp into the theater with overhead rear projection, velvet curtains, three tiered stadium seating, double tray ceiling and more! The parade of homes is sponsored by the Peoria Homebuilders Association and is conducted the last two weekends of June. It is a free event that is open to the public.
